The United States mens national soccer team will host Chile Saturday at the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles at 10pm ET.
Bob Bradley is making his return as manager and his start to find young players begins now. In this match the average soccer fan will be lost. Most of the players participating are young. There are a few veterans playing like Jeff Larentowicz and Chris Wondolowski.
The big question we have for Bradley is what formation will he use. Will he use the 4-2-3-1 with one striker or will he help out the 17 year old Juan Agudelo and use a formation with two strikers. Agudelo plays on the wing for the Red Bulls but I can see him being a strong striker. If Bradley utilizes a two striker formation the players will be Agudelo and Teal Bunbury. The forwards starting aren't even allowed to drink a beer after the game, Legally. Teal Bunbury will be 21 February 27th. Bunbury plays for Sporting Kansas City.
In the central midfield US will have Dax McCarty, who now plays for DC united. McCarty is good at controlling the ball and feeding it to the forwards. With McCarty, will be the MLS veteran Jeff Larentowicz.
Bob Bradely should be concerned about his defense. With Andrew Wallace playing left back during camp, he is a safe bet there. Tim Ream could get the center back spot, he is 23 and plays for New York Red Bulls. Ream is a 6"1' player and is excellent at passing. His manager at New York compares him to English Premier player like Rio Ferndinand.
In goal we will see Nick Rimando. The 31 year old will get the start as he has only played in four games, due to Tim Howard.
